Oregon Trip

In the beginning of June we went caravaning with Nate's family: Mom and Dad, David and Acacia and kid, Liz and kids and D.J. up to Oregon to visit his sister Sarah and invade her new house/yard!

Here's Sarah with 3 out of 4 kids, (one you can't actually see because she's in her belly!) cute toe head kids, Ethan and Sylvia.

Here's our tent in her front yard on the top of a mountainside, seriously! She has the steepest driveway I've ever seen, and the coolest backyard the boys had been in! They loved catching tadpoles in her pond, and I think Nate did too.

Grandma and Grandpa Great Tanner joined the trip a bit later, here's 2 of our group shots, a happy and a realistic shot!

We left the group for a couple nights and found a campsite near the beach. The whole group met up with us there later and we had a very fun, cold-ish beach day that ended with lots of seafood eating, some good and some not so good, sorry Paul!

One of D.J.'s many discoveries, a purple starfish eating a clam, gross and cool at the same time! Cute boys walking in the beach!

We stopped at Glacer Lake, very cool and very cold! Had lunch in the top of the gift shop were the boys made a new friend, then started on the very, very long drive home! We miss Sarah, but it's nice to be back home.

So fun! I think and talk about you all the time right now-I'm going to do a triathlon in April. You've inspired me. I'm so excited you're having a girl. Will you send me your address?
